This website does not host a patient database and does not store enquiry forms. The enquiry form on the contact page opens your own email application so that your message is sent directly to the practice.

Booking and patient portal

Online booking and the patient login are provided by a separate practice-management system. Any information you submit there is handled under that system's own terms and privacy arrangements.

Clinical records

Clinical records created during your care are kept by the practice in line with applicable professional and legal obligations. Please contact reception with any question about your records.
